As each piece is handmade to order, please allow 4–8 days for production before dispatch. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €500. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch; express shipping options are available at checkout.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Because every custom piece is designed and produced in close consultation with you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom/made-to-order items.
READY-TO-WEAR PIECES
We accept returns on ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it — with no damage, stains, or wear caused after delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
14-DAY REPAIR GUARANTEE
Hand-knitted pieces can occasionally lose a stitch during normal wear. If this happens within 14 days of delivery due to an issue that occurred after you received the item, we'll repair it free of charge. Please contact us at hello@hotmessbyelif.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
